Community Acupuncture

Community Acupuncture | $40 (no tax)

Community Acupuncture is the practice of treating up to 6 fully clothed patients together in a large room because it makes getting treatment more accessible and affordable. Needles are inserted in one ear using the NADA 5 point protocol which is suitable for those experiencing stress, anxiety, heavy emotions, poor sleep, headaches/migraines, addictions/cravings, or those seeking natural ways to balance and strengthen the immune system as preventative health. Needles are retained for 30 minutes while you relax or drift off to sleep. Additionally, take home auricular seeds may be included for prolonged benefits. With adequately spaced recliners, calming aromatherapy, soft music, and low lighting many patients find the group environment to be quite comforting. During community acupuncture, some patients become aware of a collective energetic field they believe makes individual treatments more powerful. Sessions are on Wednesdays, 10:30am-11:30am and 1:15pm-2:15pm. Email to register.
